We do excellent repairs and give great care and importance to each piece we work on. We have state of the art equipment and tools that allow us to do many jobs that other jewelers wouldn't touch. We can also transform the old pieces you can't see yourself wearing into something that's more "you" now. So, is it worth fixing? Absolutely! Jewelry is the one thing that's designed to outlive us, to be passed down as a meaningful source of great energy for our people of the future. Daniel repaired my bracelet after the clasp started failing and one link was pulling apart. He was super thorough, explained what he was going to reinforce, and didn’t overcomplicate anything. When I got it back, it looked clean and seamless and the clasp feels solid again. I’ve worn it constantly since and it’s held up perfectly.

Such great service. I first went a few years ago to fix my wedding band and they did a great job. When I had a bigger problem with my engagement ring, I went back. She had all of my records. She was upfront about turnaround time and was able to fix it quickly. The ring looks so beautiful and I’m happy I went back! Highly recommend.
I can't believe I was living next to this place for years and never knew. The warmest, easiest, and most professional jewelry repair experience I've ever had. I took my necklace a couple places before this to get it repaired and despite the simple break was told it would be 3-4 weeks to repair due to back log, which was understandable. When I took it to Weiss, the owner apologized that they were backed up and she wouldn't be able to repair it as quickly as usual. I accepted that, and was shocked when 3 days later got a text saying my necklace was ready. Can't recommend highly enough.
